Overview
Current Landscape
The current landscape of SAP is a combination of several large suites of cloud products and on-prem systems. Each of these systems have several functions when it comes to the general product management lifecycle. SAP over the years kept building portals to cater to these unique needs and now it is a cluster of portals that SAP customers are having to use.
Design & Vision Workshop

Detailed discussions on use-cases with product owners to define content and sketch lo-fi wireframes.

Customer Experience Map
Bringing all the product owners from different teams gave us the big picture of what the general customer experience is. This became a living document as our research evolved.

User Journeys
Out of the workshop, we identified and prioritized 11 use-cases for the beta version. User journeys were created to map the flow between the key personas.
Synthesis
Board Reviews

Information Architecture
The information schema was another living document that constantly evolved as we synthesized and validated our understanding with stakeholders.
